    • Took a cross-repo code-intelligence proof of concept from vendor evaluation to four deployable services — context agent, state machine, indexer and embedder — on EU-compliant vector search, SCIP indexing, a knowledge graph and golden-question evals; demoed end to end, ticket to merge request.
    • Remediated security findings across ~45 repositories in four languages and rolled out Valkey/Redis TLS across ~15 services and regional clusters.
    • Built Slack-triggered RFP automation for sales — chunked extraction, resilient LLM fallbacks and structured export.

    • Led the JanusGraph → Cassandra migration for selected vertex types — 12× write performance by removing graph-layer overhead.
    • Orchestrated a 40M+ cross-tenant tag migration with Argo Workflows in under 3 hours, with zero downtime.
    • Architected a Temporal pipeline for multi-tenant Cassandra backups; 8× faster tag operations through batching.

    • Fixed a multi-tenant memory leak affecting every cluster and shipped recovery scripts with zero data loss.
